The latest development project for Premier Burrell – a joint venture between regeneration specialists The Burrell Company and The Premier Property Group – comes in the form of Vienna Apartments located in the heart of Glasgow city centre

Vienna will offer a total of 77 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, a variety of penthouses and loft apartments, as well as office and restaurant space on the lower floors. No.55 Mitchell Street, Phase One

The regeneration of the existing Victorian warehouses into a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom conversions. The Listed property has been beautifully transformed into a total of 33 warehouse-style apartments, retaining a number of architectural features including glazed light-wells, cast iron columns and beams, and double height spaces.
