This initiative allows you to move in to your new home now under a 12 or 15 month lease. Your monthly rent builds up as a savings plan to assist with that all important deposit. At any time during the lease, you opt to purchase then the rental amount accumulated will be given as a cashback to you to cover the deposit.

Terms & Conditions
Purchasers enter into a missive to purchase after the agreed lease term with an option to complete earlier at their choice. Purchase price would be fixed at start of lease. The Rent to Buy incentive may not be used in conjunction with any other incentive being offered by Premier Burrell Ltd.
The properties would be leased unfurnished and the purchaser/tenant would be responsible for any telephone, broadband or TV connections required and for property management, council tax and energy bills.
A deposit equal to three months rent would be payable at the start of the lease and refunded at the end of the lease period. See lease for full details.
The properties will have polished flooring or carpeting throughout, curtains/blinds and light fittings. Appliances supplied will include: oven, hob, hood, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
It is a condition that the purchaser/tenant meets with an appointed mortgage broker to ensure they are aware of the likely mortgage costs or produce an offer of loan agreement.
