Reservation Procedure: A non-refundable reservation fee of £500 (made payable to Premier Burrell Limited) will secure the property of your choice for 14 days by which time missives should be concluded. There is a further deposit of 2.5% of the purchase price due to be paid on conclusion of missives. These two amounts will be deducted from the purchase price and the balance payable at time of legal completion.
